FROM THE FIELD TO THE BOARDROOM

My leadership journey didn’t start in a boardroom—it began in the field.

As a Peace Corps volunteer in Ecuador, I learned early lessons in adaptability, resilience, and leading from the inside out.

Over 25+ years, that path has taken me from grassroots development to senior leadership roles across government, nonprofit, and international programs.

WHY I STARTED THIS WORK

After more than two decades in federal service and high-pressure, mission-driven environments, I saw a consistent pattern:

Leaders at every level carry significant responsibility—often without the space, structure, or support needed to think clearly and lead effectively.

I created this practice to offer that space.

A place to think clearly, reconnect with purpose, and lead with intention.

I’ve been in the arena myself, and now I help leaders—emerging and executive—rise with confidence, resilience, and meaningful results.

LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY

At the center of my work is a simple belief:

Leadership is not abstract. It is lived, pressured, and consequential.

It requires clarity in complexity, resilience in uncertainty, and the ability to lead both people and systems with intention.

My approach is grounded in servant leadership—supporting leaders to strengthen others while delivering meaningful, measurable results.

HOW I WORK

I integrate executive coaching, leadership development, and strategic advisory into a single, connected approach.

This allows me to support:

  • Individual leaders navigating growth, transition, or complexity
  • Teams building alignment, trust, and performance
  • Organizations and systems undergoing transformation

This work is practical, grounded, and focused on helping leaders move from insight → clarity → action.
