FROM THE FIELD TO THE BOARDROOM
My leadership journey didn’t start in a boardroom; it began in the field. As a Peace Corps volunteer in Ecuador, I learned early lessons in adaptability, resilience, and leading from the inside out. Over 25+ years, that path has taken me from grassroots development to senior executive roles across government and international programs.
MY PHILOSOPHY
I am a bilingual executive, certified coach, and endurance athlete. Whether leading billion-dollar federal programs, coaching emerging to senior leaders, or pushing my limits on mountains and endurance courses, I bring strategy and heart to everything I do.
At the center of my approach is servant leadership, empowering people while driving meaningful, lasting results. I believe everyone has an innate ability to lead, and I help leaders step into their authentic leadership, not someone else’s version of it.
WHY I STARTED THIS WORK
After 21 years in federal service, much of it in high-pressure, mission-driven environments, I saw a constant truth: leaders at every level carry enormous responsibility, often without the space or support they need.
I created this practice to offer that space. A place to think clearly, reconnect with purpose, and lead with intention. I’ve been in the arena myself, and now I help leaders—emerging and executive—rise with confidence, resilience, and meaningful results.
PARTNERING FOR IMPACT
Together, we tackle challenges with clarity and build the conditions for purpose-driven impact across your team and organization. I bring proven tools and frameworks, along with the empathy and perspective gained through real-world experience.
Leadership is a journey, one that requires focus, endurance, and heart. It’s most powerful when it lifts others along the way.
