Leadership Vault: From the Andes to the C-Suite
Unlocking timeless lessons in resilience, service, and purpose.
This collection captures the pivotal moments that shaped my leadership, mindset, and mission—from the remote mountain villages of the Andes to the executive suite.
Before leading billion-dollar programs and coaching executive teams, I spent transformative years living at 10,000 feet in the Andes as a Peace Corps Volunteer. Far from boardrooms and textbooks, I learned to lead from the inside out—through classrooms without walls, conversations over cafecito, and quiet moments of self-doubt turned growth.
Living alongside the Warmis, I witnessed firsthand their resilience, mental toughness, wise leadership, and true grit. Stepping out of my comfort zone, I was challenged to find my footing and embrace a leadership style rooted in humility, listening, and service.
Inspired by the strength and wisdom of these women, I discovered my calling to empower others—particularly girls and women—by promoting gender equity and leadership capacity across diverse cultures and communities. Alongside this, my journey as a female endurance athlete deepened my understanding of perseverance, grace, and inner strength.
