I’m Dana, executive coach, leadership strategist, and endurance athlete with over 25 years of experience working across government, nonprofit, and mission-driven sectors.
The Warmi Project is inspired by my time living and working alongside Indigenous women in the Andes during my Peace Corps service. Warmi, means “woman” in Quichua and their strength, wisdom, and collective leadership shaped the foundation of everything I do today.
Together, we supported initiatives for women and girls—and later co-led the first Indigenous women’s ascent of Cotopaxi in Ecuador.
These experiences revealed a simple truth:
Leadership already exists within us—it is something we strengthen, not something we acquire.
Through Warmi, I help women reconnect with that inner clarity, build resilience, and lead with courage and intention.
This work begins where most leadership models end — within.
